Information you choose to share

When you submit an inquiry or call request, this site saves your name, phone number, optional email, preferred contact method, vehicle interests, answers, requested call time, and your contact consent. The inquiry may also include the source or campaign that brought you here. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, driver's license images, financial account details, credit applications, or sensitive documents.

How your inquiry is used

Clay uses your inquiry to respond, discuss your needs, arrange a call, and track follow-up. Your details are stored in a private inbox accessible only through Clay’s authorized owner account. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for ongoing marketing and does not constitute a credit application or loan approval.

Service providers and dealerships

The website’s hosting and database providers process submitted data to operate the site. If email alerts are configured, an email delivery provider also processes the inquiry to deliver it to Clay. Inquiry details are not automatically sent to the dealerships listed here. If you want an introduction or information shared with a dealership, discuss that with Clay first. External dealership and social links open sites with their own privacy policies.

Website measurement

We count page views, buyer assistant starts and completions, inventory clicks, and phone or text link clicks. Submitted inquiries and requested or confirmed appointments are counted separately. We do not treat a link click as a received lead. These measurements use the page, referring website or campaign source, event type, and dealership name when applicable; they do not include your form answers. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site advertising cookies.

Your browser may temporarily store the source of your visit for the current tab and your measurement preference on this device. Optional measurements honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals where available. Automated traffic and blocked measurement can affect the totals.

Security and retention

Submissions use HTTPS and are restricted to this site. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit abusive submissions. Measurement records are retained for up to approximately 90 days, and expired abuse-prevention records are cleaned up during normal site use. Inquiries remain available for follow-up until Clay deletes them. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and contact

You may ask Clay to correct or delete your inquiry, or stop contacting you, by calling or texting 904-525-7190. Include your inquiry reference if you have it. Avoid sending sensitive identity documents. Requests may require reasonable verification before information is changed or deleted.
